Reception

What are the reception opening hours?

 
In high season* (*July and August) the reception is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; in low season from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Are dogs allowed?

 
No, dogs of any size are not allowed.

Is it possible to enter and leave the campsite during the night?

 
The barriers are closed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; outside these hours, access is only allowed on foot (with an identification wristband). The use of any motor vehicle inside the campsite during the night is prohibited. It is possible to park your car in the parking area located before the office.

Which payment methods are accepted?

 
Cash and cards are accepted (excluding American Express).
What are the cash desk opening hours?
 
It is open every day from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Can unaccompanied minors stay at the campsite?
 
No, all minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

How does it work?

 
You can take out the insurance at the time of booking by selecting the dedicated "BeSafe Rate" or by contacting the booking office. By choosing this rate, the full amount of the holiday must be paid at confirmation. Any refunds are only possible in the cases covered by the policy; other reasons will not be accepted.
What does the insurance include?
 
1. CANCELLATION FOR ANY DOCUMENTABLE REASON (e.g. illness, injury, cancellation of leave) up to the day of check-in and reimbursement of up to 100% of the prepaid amount. 2. ASSISTANCE DURING THE STAY: from arrival to departure you can benefit from medical assistance, luggage cover, theft cover and roadside assistance. 3. DEDICATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT before, during and after the stay.

Pitches

How many people can stay on one pitch?

 
The maximum number allowed is 5 adults per pitch. In low season a minimum of 1 adult is required, in high season a minimum of 2 adults is required.

What is included in the pitch price?

 
It includes electricity (10A or 6A), one parking space + caravan or car + tent or motorhome, and all services except mini golf, tennis and the use of washing machines.

What time is check-in possible?

 
Check-in from 8:00 AM.

What time is check-out possible?

 
Check-out by 12:00 PM.

Is Wi-Fi included in the price?

 
Yes, it is available for all pitches except B pitches.

Is it possible to rent a fridge?

 
It can be rented directly at the campsite (subject to availability) or from an external company.

How many amps are available on a pitch?

 
Each unit staying on a “LAKE”, “A” and “B” pitch is entitled to a 6 Amp electricity connection, while those staying on a “LAKEFRONT” pitch have a 10 Amp electricity connection.
It is not possible to add extra amps.

Accommodation units

From what time is the maxicaravan guaranteed?

 
The maxicaravans are guaranteed from 4:00 PM.

What time is check-out possible?

 
Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Is smoking allowed inside the mobile homes?

 
No, it is not allowed.

Is final cleaning mandatory?

 
Yes, final cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay and costs €50.

Is Wi-Fi included in the price?

 
Wi-Fi is available for all types of accommodation units except Maxicaravan Elba and the Olivi glamping tents.

Are bed sheets included in the maxicaravan?

 
They are not included, but it is possible to rent them, subject to stock/availability.

Are towels included in the maxicaravan?

 
No, it is advisable to bring your own.

How much do bed sheets cost?

 
Double bed sheets cost 16 euro and single bed sheets 13 euro.

Do the accommodation units have air conditioning/heating?

 
Yes, the accommodation units have a split air-conditioning system with heating and cooling, using a timed card calculated for 10 hours of use per day, while for other types* it is included all day long. (*Coco, Olivi)

Gym and leisure time

When is the gym open?

 
In high season, every day from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM – except Wednesday.

Is access to the gym free?

 
Yes, it is free of charge (children under 16 are not allowed).

What are the pool opening hours?

 
In low season (from April to June, and September) 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, while in high season (July and August) 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Management reserves the right to change these hours depending on weather conditions and attendance.

Is entrance to the water park included in the price?

 
Yes, the rate includes access to the pool area.

Are sunbeds for rent?

 
No, they are available to everyone, subject to availability.

Is wearing a swimming cap mandatory?

 
No.

Are the pools heated?

 
No.

Is it possible to rent the tennis court and/or rackets?

 
Yes, at the reception, subject to booking and payment.

Is it possible to play mini golf?

 
Of course, payment is made at the reception and clubs are collected at the golf course, except on Wednesdays when both are handled at the office.

Services

What are the opening hours of the market and bazaar?

 
In low season the market and bazaar are open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. In high season the market is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, while the bazaar is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Are the showers chargeable?

 
No. Showers, both hot and cold, are available free of charge for everyone, so we recommend using them responsibly.

Is toilet paper provided in the bathrooms?

 
Yes, except for hand paper.

Is waste separation available?

 
The campsite has several ecological islands for waste disposal, indicated on the map.

Is there a laundry service?

 
Yes, washing machines and dryers are available in the sanitary facilities, also indicated on the map, for guests to wash their clothes.

Is a valuables storage service available?

 
Yes, in safe deposit boxes at the reception.

Are there ATMs inside the campsite?

 
Yes. There is one inside the campsite and one outside the reception.

Entertainment

Is entertainment available?

 
It is available depending on the season, from Pentecost until the first week of September.

Are the entertainment activities free?
