Booking Conditions - standard without insurance
- Deposit: required within 20 days of booking, by bank transfer.
- Cancellations/changes: must be communicated by email only; the change is valid only after confirmation from Reception.
- Deposit refund (depending on the number of days before arrival):
Timeframe Refund Up to 30 days before 80% 29–21 days before 60% 20–14 days before 40% Less than 13 days before Deposit not refundable - Balance: all Guests must pay the balance upon arrival. The booked period remains payable even if not fully used (late arrival or early departure).
- Accommodation units: deposit € 300.00 (deducted from the final balance).
- Pitches: booking fee € 15.00 (not deductible) + deposit € 150.00 (deducted from the final balance).
