Reception

What are the reception hours?

During the high season* (*July and August) the reception is open from 8:00 to 22:00, in low season from 8:00 to 20:00

It's Is it possible to enter and leave the campsite during the night?

Bars are closed from 11pm until 7am; outside of these hours it is possible to take a break. access allowed only on foot (fitted with an identification bracelet). It's the use of any motor vehicle inside the campsite during the night is prohibited. It is possible to park the car in the parking space in front of the office.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash and card payments are accepted (except American Express).

What are the opening hours for the cash desk?

It’s open every day from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00

Can unaccompanied minors stay?

No, all minors must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Pitches

How many people can occupy a pitch?

The maximum crew allowed is 5 adults per pitch. Minimum 1 adult in low season, minimum 2 adults in high season.

What does the price of the pitch include?

Includes electricity (10A or 6A), one parking space+caravan or car+tent or camper, all services except minigolf, tennis and use of washing machines.

What time is check-in possible?

Check-in time from 8:00

What time is checkout possible?

Check out by 12:00

Is wifi included in the price?

Wifi included for two devices for pitches FRONT LAKE, LAKE and "A" areas marked on the map.

Is it possible to rent a refrigerator?

it can be rented directly at the campsite or from an external company.

How many Amperes can a pitch have?

Each crew occupying a LAKE, "A" and "B" pitch has the right to a 6 Amp socket, while those occupying a "FRONT LAKE" pitch have a 10 Ampere socket.

Maxicaravans are guaranteed from 4:00 pm

What time is checkout possible?

Check out by 10:00

Is it possible to smoke inside the mobile homes?

No, it's not allowed.

Is cleaning mandatory?

General cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay.

Is wifi included in the price?

up to a maximum of 2 devices is included for the maxi caravans indicated on the map.

Are sheets included in the mobile home?

No, they are not included but you can rent them.

Are towels included in the mobile home?

No, it is advisable to bring your own.

How much are the sheets?

Double rooms cost 15 euros and singles 12 euros.

Do the housing units have air conditioning/heating?

Yes, the units; The apartments have a split air conditioner with heating and cooling system with a timed card calculated for use of 8 hours a day while for other types* it is included for the whole day. (*Coco, Olivi and Ischia)

Gym and free time

When is the gym open?

In high season, every day from 8:30 to 13:30 - except Wednesday.

Is access to the gym free?

Yes, it's free (children under 16 cannot access it).

What are the swimming pool hours?

Low season (April to June, and September) 10:00 - 18:00 and high season (July and August) 10:00 - 19:00. However, the management reserves the right to vary these times depending on the weather and attendance.

Is admission to the water park included in the price?

Yes, the rate includes access to the swimming pool area.

Are the sunbeds for hire?

No, they are available to everyone, subject to availability.

Is the use of headphones compulsory?

No.

Are the pools heated?

No.

Is it possible to rent the tennis court and/or rackets?

Yes, at the reception upon reservation and payment.

is it possible to play minigolf?

Of course, payment takes place at reception and the collection of the clubs at the golf course except on Wednesdays when both things are done in the office.

Services

What are the market and bazaar opening hours?

In the low season, the market and bazaar are open from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30. In the high season, the market is open from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:30 to 19:00, the bazaar from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00

Do you have insurance?

Yes, it is possible to insure your deposit within 24H of the booking request at the following link: Aga-affiliate

Do you have to pay for showers?

Nope. The hot/cold showers inside the campsite are free. Common sense is strongly required in its use.

Is toilet paper included in the bathrooms?

No, it is; present only in the toilets for the disabled.

It's Is there separate waste collection?

is recommended. The campsite has some ecological islands in points indicated on the map.

Is laundry service available?

Yes, in each of the sanitary groups of the campsite there is a room with washing machines / dryers.

Are there safety deposit boxes?

Yes, for a fee.

Is there an automatic teller machine (ATM) at the campsite?

Yes. It is possible to find one outside the office and another inside the campsite

Animation

Is the animation present?

is present according to the season, from Pentecost until the first week of September.

Activities; of the animation are free?

Yes.
